Job Description
Preparation of tax returns of United States Individuals working in major companies.
Check data input or verify totals on forms prepared by others to detect errors in arithmetic, data entry or procedures.
Analysis of the information provided by the taxpayer and determining the best and suitable type of return they have to filled with high quality..
Interview clients to obtain additional information on taxable income and deductible expenses and allowances.
Review financial records such as income statements and documentation of expenditures in order to determine forms needed to prepare tax returns.
Furnish taxpayer with sufficient information and advice in order to ensure correct tax form completion.
• Posting of daybook and ledger books given by parties.
• Correction of errors by posting adjusted journal entries.
• Maintaining financial records for clients by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger Accounts.
• Responsible for maintaing Accounts payable and receivables.
• Follow up and recovery of over due amounts
