Duties and Responsibilities:
• Basically in charge of sourcing and shortlisting candidate from C level up to Manager level roles.
• Effectively use of appropriate media to research niche market
• Network and develop relationships with candidates
• Deal with C level vacancies and client requirements in a timely manner
• Source and qualify candidates establishing motivation, requirements and abilities
• Conduct 1st stage competency interviews by phone
• Use effective questioning techniques with candidates to qualify and gather information
• Manage the quantity and quality of CVs as per the recruiting manager’s request, inclusive of front
sheet preparation for all submitting candidates.
• Log new data and update business systems regarding clients and candidates
• Develop and use effective marketing and advertising material - e-shots, emails and other direct
marketing tools etc
• Monitor and manage advert responses appropriately
• Generate leads for the team through media research and canvassing
• Achieve targets set by management in terms of KPIs etc.

• Performing end to end Recruitment Process (Job Analysis, Sourcing, Screening, Selection, Hiring
and Selection of Qualified Candidates) for rank and file up to managerial level positions.
• Sourcing prospective candidates based on the job descriptions and qualifications provided by the
client through existing resources, (Jobstreet, Monster, LinkedI, Facebook, etc.) networking, e-mail
applications, referrals, etc.
• Scheduling of paper-screened candidates for interview. Sending via email or SMS introduction
notes about current job openings where the candidates’ preliminary profile are a match.
• Conducting behavioural interviews with pre-matched candidates.
• Formatting profile of all qualified candidates according to the established template and endorse
them appropriately.
• Ensuring that all candidates for endorsement meet the qualifications set by the client.
• Maintaining own file of endorsements and conduct monitoring of success rate.
• Submitting required (daily, weekly, monthly) reports required by the Managing Consultant.
• Ensuring proper database management, according to the set/established standards.
• Ensuring that all successful candidates are deployed/endorsed to the client appropriately.
• Conducting of character/background check to the client's short-listed candidates.
• Coordinating the scheduling of interviews within the client.
• Initiating, maintaining and developing relationships with clients and candidates.
• Attend to clients’ and candidates' queries and/or requests, if any.

and Responsibilities:
• Sources resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant
tracking systems, company web sites, etc.
• Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability and
compensation requirements;; documents these interviews
• Is involved in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails and general relationship-
building.
• Updating Taleo applicant tracking systems to identify qualified candidates.
• Participates in sourcing activities (Employment Referral Program and Applicant Referral
Program).
