• Supervision of Direct Reportee/s - delegation of work and assistance to the day to day activity. Ensure that reportee’s work objectives are met.
• Verifying and preparing all documents in accordance with the established policies and procedures
• Ensure that proper approvals are obtained as per the delegation of authority chart for all documents
• Review tender documents to understand the service requirements
• Distribute Tender Documents to concerned operations department in-charge and other AlMansoori divisions if it involves multiple services across companies
• Timely preparation of tender summary
• Submit clarification requests to customer and ensure all the necessary information is gathered to prepare the tender submission
• Communicate and follow up with operations department for gathering necessary information to prepare the quote for tender/enquiry
• Prepare the bid calculations for evaluation
• Prepare commercial bid documents in time to submit to customer
• Compare contract documents with initial tender documents in the event of contract award
• Submit on weekly basis the Project Summary report, marketing report, tender summary report detailing all sales calls and quotes made.
• Pre-qualifications document processing and submission to various potential clients
• Processing, organize and submit quotations
• Evaluates supplier capabilities and recommends to corporate management for supplier list approval
• Promote company’s image, products and services in the market. Creation of marketing materials such as brochures, company profile, etc.
• Office management and other document control
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the management
