Responsibilities:
.Determining the primary stakeholders to engage in defining the project's business objectives and scope. (The who, whom, where, why, what)
. Understanding the existing systems and business processes.
Defining the system Requirements for each stakeholder.
•Reviewing the solution design to ensure it fulfils all of the requirements.
Define project requirement by identifying milestone, phases and element, forming project team, establishment of project budget.
Training of staff and student on portal usage, preparation of portal manual.
Monitoring project progress by tracking activities, resolving portal problems and recommending necessary actions.
Managing on-line student admission and fee payment on the college portal.
Maintaining portal protocols, by writing and updating procedures.
