o In-charge of quality at 2 factories belongs to Attieh Group in Riyadh city, reporting directly to a Group Quality Manager of ATTIEH KSA Factories Group.

o Performing all the Quality Assurance Activities, and the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 requirements o Review and Update the Factory Quality Management Documentation with all Department's In-charge.

o Conduct Internal Audits with all Departments to insure the compliance with company QMS requirements.

o Analyze the records of the Internal Audits, NCRs, and CARs, and report it directly to the Group Quality and
The Factory Managers.

o Supervise and following up all the QC Activities during (Receiving Material, Fabrication and Dispatch), and
the Calibration System.

o Report the weekly QC Records to the Group Quality Manager.

o Follow up the internal raised NCRs and CARs with the related Departments managers.

o Issuing NCR to our suppliers in case of visual or material properties defects, and report it to the Group
Quality Manager and Factory Managers.

o The preparations and control of project quality system documentation prior to project Specification and
requirements.

o Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager, receive the Customers Complaints, analyze it,
agree the corrective action and follow it up measuring its effectiveness to close it with the client.

o Report Customer satisfaction level through Customer Complaints.

o Main Project : Riyadh Metro Project.
o Main Clients : - BACS RMP (Bechtel, Almabani, CCC, and Siemens) - Line 1 and 2
- FAST Consortium, (FCC, Samsung C&T, Alstom, Atkins, Typsa and Setec.) - Line 4, 5, and 6

Receive and Inspect Material (Plates, Sections, Bolts, Fittings) visual and dimension, review material certificates and retest reports according to standards; EN, DIN, ASTM, ASME, and client specifications. Witness the 3rd party tests, and Issue Accepted materials to production according to Standards and each project specifications.

Carrying out the QA/QC Activities for fabrication and welding Processes; visual and dimension with the witness of the required non-destructive tests and reviewing its documents for the following projects;

o Maintain all assets in the firm (corrective, preventive, Predictive).
o Make sure that Work Instructions for each job are followed correctly.
o Execute each maintenance job in 2 steps, Flash Action and Preventive Action.
o Record any action on any asset taken in computer system for analysis and evaluations. o Publish a monthly, weekly, and daily plan including all requested and planned activities.
o Publish a monthly KPI’s to evaluate the team performance according to maintenance type.
