implementation across multiple teams.
Traveling to clients' sites for understanding the requirements,
inspections, and other know-about of the business.
Coordinating with design and commercial team while preparing
solutions, according to the need of the customer and presenting
them the same.
Liaising and negotiating with customers, suppliers, and internal
stakeholders.
Experience in handling trading and e-commerce customers.
Brief experience in working on Jira, CRM, ERP systems like Open
Bravo and Tableau.
Alignment of the team, preparing SOPs & process flow charts
along with training/coaching the team.
Regular meet-up and discussions with Embassy and Chamber of
Commerce regarding Business Development.
Handling digital marketing content, posts, and other
requirements related to social media and website development.

Responsible for managing a portfolio of existing key accounts and
for delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Also in charge of implementing and onboarding new customers and
providing end-to-end solutions to customers. Managed warehousing
for MADI International, Rastelli Global, Apartment 51 (part of AW
Rostamani), Maritime & Mercantile International LLC (MMI), Emirates
National Oil Company (ENOC), Al Safi DANONE, Oriental Group,
Etisalat Security and Solutions (ESHARAH), and few more. Also
Managed freight for ABB, Suez water and Technology, Majid Al
Futtaim - Fashion, and a few more.
