Review, analyse and recommend approval for Baseline Program/ Recovery Program/ Commissioning program and to ensure program comply with contractual and authority requirements and is achievable, includes all critical Activities, Authority Approvals etc.
Review contractor’s Engineering and Procurement schedule submitted by Contractor and make sure schedule is in line with the BL Program.
Review Daily, Weekly and monthly report submitted by contractor and highlight any deviation or non-compliance.
Review the Project progress in detail and verify the Contractor’s Payment Application and track any variation (Schedule or cost). In case of delay or variation recording the delay and notifying to all concerned parties.
Progress Monitoring, Analyzing and Computing Variances and prepare KPI’s, histograms, S-curves, Earned Value Analysis and other analyses. Provide Time, Cost and Resource analysis to Client
Highlight the Bottlenecks and Weaknesses in Project Progress.
Prepare and Submit Weekly and Monthly report to Client. Including Delay analysis report on weekly basis to Client
Review, analyse and prepare Engineer’s report for Time Impact or/ and Extension of Time (EOT) Claim.
Review Project Closeout Document (For Planning related document).
Prepare and maintain project correspondences related to Contract, Delay and planning function.
Key Responsibilities:
Support new projects with setting up project management plans and controls
Prepare and provide support to prepare Baseline Program/ Recovery Program/ Commissioning program and to ensure plan is achievable, includes all critical Activities, Authority Approvals etc.
Prepare High Level Resource Management Plan and Monitoring Actual Productivity rate
Time Cost and Resource analysis (based on both forward pass and backward pass)for Base line and Updated Programs
Prepare Time Impact or/ Extension of Time (EOT) Claim and Prolongation Cost.
Provide support and participate in Variations and Claims discussion with Client/ Consultant
Prepare project budget analysis and cost forecasts
Analyse Deviation and Comparison between IFC Drawing and Tender Drawings
Monitor Project Cost (Direct Cost and Indirect Cost) through Man hour analysis, requisitions and Invoices, Accounts Reports and Site Reports
Progress Monitoring, Analyzing and Computing Variances and prepare KPI’s, histograms, S-curves and other analyses
Reporting and Presentation of Projects performance to Higher Management
Highlighting Early warnings on Bottlenecks, Cost Overruns, Key Profit and Loss making Areas, KPI's, Earned Value analysis, Resource Productivity analysis, etc. to the Higher Management.
Prepare and maintain project correspondences related to planning function and actively participating and providing planning input.
Coordination and conducting various meetings including progress review meeting, Critical areas meeting, Target invoice plan meeting, Subcontractors meeting, etc.
Coordinate and Prepare Strategy to overcome roadblocks and expected delays.
Provide Support to Project Manager in Project Management work

Key Responsibilities:

•Apply Principles of Planning, Priority of works, Budgeting, Material Logistics, and resource management to ensure smooth running of Project and completion of Project on time and within budget.

Preparation of Organization Chart and Presentations.
Co-ordinate and manage Client planning requirement, Site planning requirement and Top management planning requirements.
Managing Client’s Requirements and Internal Planning requirements.
