Within 5months i have been working for Sales lady in Flower section. Concerning about assisting the customer needs and demands regarding on the item they want. Arranging, displaying the items. Updating all the fast/ slow moving and aging items. On the second half I've been assigned as temporary customer service on the same level of the mall, I assist the customers question, inquiries, complaints and other needful help of them. I am responsible also on keeping those hand carry bags of the customers. And the paper works for all staffs on the department. On my third half, I am requested assigned to office as receptionist, I did the multi tasking, i am responsible on making Local purchase order, Customer counts, weekly merchandiser report, weekly meeting report and other paper works. I performed also call, customer care and other inquiries. And now I am assigned to HR department as a website admin, I performed updating of website.
