Implement the strategy to drive traffic to the brand’s website (PPC, SEO, online
advertising, partnerships & social)
• Define the brand
Monitor & direct communications and marketing activities for the region
• Enforce the sales & marketing collateral standards and press communications
• Develop communication & marketing policy for the region, to support new
products and increase exposure
• Attend & represent the group at networking events, products launching
• Assist the Brand performance communications activities
• Manage the sales & marketing task force team for new product launches
• Develop the SOPs for the sales & marketing department and the printing and
advertising guidelines to be followed by the region
• Member of the Task Force team in charge of presenting the value of the brands,
products & services when pitching for new acquisitions.
In Charge of the Sales and Marketing department with responsibility to achieve
the set top line budget
• In charge of identifying the client base, develop a plan to target potential clients
• Monitoring and tracking of the business volume in order to maintain the existing
database and identify new potential customers
• Track the competition and develop an action plan on how to compete
Application of standards in Sales and Marketing
• Responsible of creating all Marketing and Advertising collaterals and material
Responsible for setting and executing the Sales and Marketing plan
• Attend and Represent the company in exhibitions and local and international
trade shows
Prepare departmental budget and target and overall sales objectives
• Responsible of achieving the sales budget / target throughout the year
• Responsible of preparing and supervising all sales offers and agreements and
contracts sent to companies
• In charge of the sales team, including but limited to their daily duties,
communication, distribution of duties and responsibilities
• Maintain and use effectively all sales administration systems
• Prepare periodic sales reports covering sales activities, objectives & future plans.
• Ensure effective system of two ways communication between the sales
department and all other departments in the hotel, and avoid work interference.
• Attend all managerial and sales meetings within the property
• Participate in sales trips, exhibitions, special projects, and sales trainings
In charge of the Reservation Department
• Handling Fidelio system (reservations, reports, creating new hotel structure i.e.
rooms, rates, rate codes, packages, all kind of reports.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• In charge of communication with the front office department in relation to
customers’ needs
• Monitoring & tracking business volume after introducing new products &
promotion.
Maintain proper filing system for the Reservation and Sales departments
• Prepare outgoing correspondence and offers for the Sales Department
• Update guests history on system and in files
• Assist the Sales and Reservation Managers in preparing reports and
departmental plans
