Preparation of Journal, Ledger, Sub-ledger, Cash Book, Bank Book, Bank Reconciliation statement, Cash Flow.
Preparation of Financial Statements: Profit & Loss A/c, Balance Sheet and other Accounting Jobs as assigned time to time.
Responsible for preparing payroll, GOSI computation, leave salary, and end of service benefit computation. Online salary, salary transfer of all staff members Bank Account within the schedule time.
Budget preparation, variance analysis of budgeted VS actual, reason of variance.
Liaison with all business Units for various day to day activities relating to all accounting matters
Review and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports
Ensuring accurate accounting and financial records are maintained in the system in accordance with Company’s guidelines.
Ensuring that the books of accounts are properly maintained and records are kept in such manner that updated information is readily available when needed.
Monitoring bank positions, and generating reports highlighting and analyzing funds availability and their requirement.
Reconciling of Inter Company transactions with business units and follow up for Current account reconciliation statement.
Managing the complete planning and management activities for ensuring completion of various types of audits in coordination with auditors within the time and cost parameters.
The company operates in different, namely Construction, Large scale investments are made in developing land and property through our Real Estate Division and many business partnerships are initiated by various companies.
