* Review labours forecast and ensure proper allocation to various projects in UAE. Review labour costs and implement methods to control labour costs.
* Motivate Labour through regular visits to work place and labour camps counselling, take note of grievances and offer assurances, and organise annual events. Ensure camp facilities are in good order like recreation, safety, hygiene and catering
* Oversee recruitment process, employment contracts, interviews, job description, induction, Visa process, group visa approvals, and liaison with Ministry of labour, performance appraisals, termination, redundancies and exit interviews.
* Leasing of offices, storage yards, warehouses, workshops, staff accommodation and labour camps.
