The loyalty to this company was due to their good care of the employees, in addition, it was in order to fulfill my studies.
The job here is supervising a team of servers throughout the shift and being responsible of solving any problem with any of the costumers whatever it is.
The job description was to take care of the building and all it contains, as employees and all stuff used in the company.
At the end of the shift, I am asked to close the cash of all servers and transfer the money to a safe box with my signature on them. Any fault in the closed cash is my responsibility and no one else.

Assisting Customers in the Call Center and Workshop.
First part of the training was at the call center, where some calls were received from several costumers. My work there was to try finding a very fast solution for any problem faced by a costumer, when the solution was hard to be explained or it can't be accomplished by the costumer himself we asked him to visit our workshop where costumer support takes place.
At the workshop as a second part of the internship, I was trained on how to solve bigger internet issues related to costumers.
Also at this part of the training I was asked to develop a software that runs automated connection troubleshooting tests which will be used on the official SODETEL website.

The job literally was serving the costumers, running their orders and taking good care of the service and tables.
The idea here shows the big difference between this work and what should really be accomplished for a telecom engineering student, although, it was the only opportunity for a night worker to earn a reliable amount of money that helps in paying the university fees.

The job to be accomplished was to sell products assigned to our company. My role was to help people at any supermarket to choose our products and not others.
Skills gained: Social interaction with people, sales improvement.
