 Create and maintain Backup and Disaster Recovery Plan for (DCs, file servers & SQL database) using Symantec Backup Exec 2014 to NAS storages.
 Administrating Google Apps Directory Sync (GADS) to get synchronized with our AD environment for users to get access to all google services such as Drive, Docs, Calendar, and Maps …etc.
 Configuring and administrating more than 30 MacBook Pro for backup, recovery, pushing updates, and joining them to our domain controller, getting windows services; map drives, home folders and printers.
 End-user helpdesk support issues which are escalated from our IT technician’s team.
