Responsible for achieving minimum sales, generating leads, building and developing new and existing client relationships, and advising and servicing clients with regards to all areas of financial planning in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities: • Sales of insurance based solutions to expatriates in accordance with client needs and fact finding criteria.
• Managing a client base of up to 50-100 clients with regards to existing insurance based plans and ensuring clients are kept up to date with valuations, performance and administrative issues
• Build new business client leads through marketing and client referrals, and achieving a minimum of 10 first appointments per week and achieve minimum standard of $10, 000 per month.
• Assisting clients with the relevant documentation and administration required to proceed with savings, investment and protection solutions.
• Conduct quarterly reviews with clients to ascertain changes in their work and personal circumstances.
• Develop and build relationships with providers across the independent insurance space, from general insurance companies to major fund houses, and property consultants in order to be able to provide varied advice for clients.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly annual targets as set by self and senior management.
• Conduct and coordinate company presentations and seminars to audiences, in accordance with client and Globaleye mandate.
• Continued Personal Development through Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments in the UAE.
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Insurance in the United Kingdom.

Responsible for overseeing total operations of a luxury boutique store and department store shop in shop concession.
Role was to manage one of flagship brands for Al Tayer in Dubai. Motivate and manage a team of 20 sales professionals, and 8 support staff in delivering exceptional pre and post sale customer service, product knowledge all in keeping with the global template of the brand, but with appreciation of the local market.
Reporting to the GM, the role required store and staff to adhere to KPI's to monitor individual and business performance.
Developing and appraising a team of junior managers and department heads to perform at their optimum level and create structured tiered learning as part of their succession planning.
