• Work in an agile methodology, and able to balance between different HR tasks bases on priorities.
• Provide strategic support to key projects including resource mobilization and cross teams’ technical collaboration.

• Lead an abroad disaster plan site of 20 engineers from Turkey during summer 2021.
• Build a wellness plan after COVID-19 implications of physical and mental health on the team.
