• Does the manpower forecast and planning for my sector and always ensure I have full strength to cover for all my assignments
• Manage clients at all levels from the site survey stage, deployment of the guards and effective management of the contract.
• Receive complains and feedback from the clients and does follow up to make sure everything gets to order and the customer is satisfied.
• Responsible for the full performance, integrity and the security of the database system.
• Creating new database for the company and integrating it for the everyday use of the company using MS Access and ERP.
• Locating and handling all details of the guards deployed in all the various contracts of the company covering over 150 different locations and 800 guards.
• Collecting all the daily incident reports form the various assignments, classifying them, and storing them in the system for future reference.
• Compiling training manual for the guards and also giving them the internal training to make sure that they pass the final exams.
• Preparation of the attendance of the guards, their overtime and pay roll of all the guards for their salary
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report to the General Manager regarding the Manpower status of the security guards and also the forecast
• Responsible to protect the clients property and the people in the property
• Taking proper log and being very vigilant at the access and exit areas at the locations where am posted
• Doing constant patrols to make sure everything is in order and to report in case anything is out of the ordinary
• Reporting all suspicious activities to my superior at the area where am posted
• Keeping a proper watch at all the things that can be the cause of fire and always ready to respond to fire no matter how small it could be
• Checking the generators periodically to see if there are any faults and also to check on the fuel level for proper functioning
