-Work scoping, scheduling, planning, allocation of job cards and aligning team with all safety and legal requirements.
-Procurement of spares for the section.
-Timeous response to breakdowns in the plant, attending to scheduled and planned maintenance of various sections of the cement manufacturing plant.
-Adherence to all safety requirements and enforcing of the same standards among team members.
-Couching and mentoring apprentices and job allocation for team members.
-Conducting daily maintenance meetings and outlining of team strategy and goals.
