The Umm Obayriah Complex is a luxurious Compound/complex for HE Sheikh Ahmad Bin Abdallah Al
Mahmood. It consists of several 5 stars building such as a 2-story villa- 5000m2/ floor, a 2000 m2
Majless with a Hilal Shape, a mosque, a garage and 6 Km of road and infrastructure works. Our Scope
included all civil, mechanical, electrical and finishes works.
Job Tasks include but not limited to:
• Liaise with client and designer prior to work execution
• Liaise and lead a team of site engineers to deliver the project as per
schedule, cost and quality required
• Construction of a high-end finishing palace with pools and water falls
• Construction + finishing of a luxurious majliss (crest shape with glazing)
• Construction of a 7, 200 m2 lake
• Construction + finishing of an additional floor for an existing labor
accommodation building
• Construction of a garage building with hollow core slabs for heavy

West Side four Storey car Park

The West Side Car Park is a high quality 2, 959-car park space located in the Qatar Education City. It
provides linkage to the People Mover System (PMS) station for onward travel to final destinations in
Education City. The superstructure car park is four (4) storeys high with an approximate footprint of
45.000 sq.m. The substructure levels consist of a basement level concourse, PMS stations, and a bus
concourse. The external cladding of the building is created by a matrix aluminum section arranged in
three different planes. Staircases, escalators, and lifts are provided to link the basement and upper
levels. Our scope includes the Civil, electrical, Mechanical and finishes works.
Job Tasks include but not limited to:
• Liaise with consultant to deliver the required works as per schedule and
specs
• Liaise and lead a team of site engineers
• Construction and finishing of basement
• Execution of ramps and installations of hollow core slabs

Estimation Engineer
  • April 2012 to December 2012

Responsible for submitting technical and commercial packages and for coordinating with different
departments in order to submit a complete tender.
Job Tasks include but not limited to:
• Evaluate contractor and vendor bid/tender information and variance/change
orders.
• Prepare conceptual and comparative cost study estimates from preliminary
sketches.
• Prepare detailed breakdown of components and elements of estimates for
systems and subsystems.
• Prepare estimates by applying unit rates for man hours labor material and
construction equipment and all-in unit cost determination calculating
extensions and the application of standard factors overhead rates and fees.
• Accumulate evaluate and document historical cost data for the development
of future estimates.
• Review contract documents and contract modifications to determine scope
of work and equitable cost allowance for scope changes.
• Provide coordination and liaison with project management and project
engineering personnel throughout the estimate development.

The Project comprises the construction of 11 km of roads and related infrastructure, including
excavation, construction of a large retention pond, micro tunneling works for storm water pipes,
earthworks and grading, street lighting, treated sewage effluent pipe network, storm water drainage
network, potable water supply network, irrigation, firefighting, and cabling.
Job Tasks include but not limited to
• Excavation and laying of storm and sewer pipes (ESVC, GRP and RC
pipes).
• Dewatering
• Manhole construction.
• Micro-tunneling and installation of RC pipes
• Horizontal drilling for GRP pipes
• Coordination with the concerned parties about existing utilities.
• Coordination with different companies working in the same area/ Interface
meetings.
• Performing and attending safety meetings and toolbox talks
• Laying of electrical cables (11KV and 66KV & 220KV)
• Retention ponds.
• Asphalt works (Sub-grade, sub-base, Base course and wearing course).

The project comprises of the undertaking to execute the works pertinent to the National Convention
Center Car Park for the Qatar Foundation. High quality 3, 110-car space public park of five storey high
with an average floor to floor height of 3.6 meters and is approximately 140 meters by 300 meters in
area. The pedestrian underpass is an underground structure approximately 190 meters long
Linking the Car Park to the National Convention Center.
