Supervising and coordinating civil activities for construction and refurbishment of nuclear power plant on behalf of the client for different contractors involved in the production process in Mochovce Nuclear Power Plant, Units 3 & 4, in Slovak Republic.
•Issuing and delivery of work necessary to be performed to the contractors by SI (Site Instructions),
•Approvals of WP (Work Permits) after verification of documentations attached and confirm with all the departments in order to avoid the collisions between activities,
•Performing daily site walks and inspections on contractor’s workplaces, following the erection of reinforced walls, floors, plates and penetrations, metallic buildings and structures, final painting for walls and floors, demolition and dismantling of unnecessary elements in accordance with design and relevant documentation TP (Technological Procedure), ITP(Inspection Test Plan), AOP(Assembly Organization Plan) considering agreed time schedule,
•Monitoring work progress and assigned manpower on multiple workplaces and delivering daily, weekly construction progress reports, providing feedback and recommendations in order to achieve the agreed milestones,
•Coordinating and organizing weekly H&S (Health and Safety) site walks with contractor’s representatives, realization of the H&S Reports for findings which could not be corrected immediately,
•Ensuring coordination with Mechanical, HVAC, I&C and Engineering departments in order to resolve any erection clashes, interferences in a timely manner,
•Managing and supervising activities related to the implementation of relevant EFD (Engineering Field Dispositions) and NCR’s (Non Conformity Reports), pushing the contractors for timely execution,
•Participating to quality inspections beside QC representatives as per steps of ITP and ensuring the completion and consistency of quality protocols,
•Conducting civil works completion inspections, verifying the correctness of the red mark-up, as-built drawings and creating punch lists in case of discrepancies with the site reality,
•Confirming quantities and work completion for accounting department and evaluating the Extra Works reports requested by contractors.
