• A Civil Engineer with (6.5) years of extensive experience in Quality Control and Assurance; Specialized in High-rise Buildings, Car Parks, Towers, Railways, and Road & Highways construction as gained across projects in Middle East countries.
• Has a wide and varied extensive expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, Estimates, and Analysis.
• Almost 6 years of work experience in the construction industry for both Vertical and horizontal Construction specialized and involved with Site Execution, Office Works, QAQC Documentations, Quality Implementations, Estimation..
• Attends all activities on site and ensure their compliance with QA/QC procedure.
• Review the contract documents for each Construction Package in respect of QA/QC requirements and procedures.
• Review Inspection and Test Plans as submitted by the Construction Department Subcontractors and ensure compliance with contracts requirements.
• Ensure traceability of all materials that are delivered on site
• Managing logs for Inspection and test reports, Concrete, NCR, and other QAQC related documents.
• Fully coordinates with the client’s representative and construction department
issuing NCR’s in case of non-compliance
• Ensuring all QA/QC activities and documents comply with QMS ISO 9001:2008 and approved Quality document.
• Very comfortable in computer applications and CAD applications. Well appreciated by co-workers for my work ethics and technical capabilities. Inspection of materials used in the construction eg. Rebar and other construction related materials
Coordinate Inspection release with the client’s representative.
Coordinates to the Quantity Surveyor for the accomplishments and drawing used on site.
Prepares Daily Pouring Monitoring.
Monitors progress of the works.
Carry out inspection at site for civil and temporary works such as bored piles, shotcrete and nailing
Carry out inspection at site for civil such as pads, raft column, wall, slabs
Conduct inspection of rebar installation/fabrication in accordance to approved shop drawings
Coordinates with the Site Engineer regarding the comments to be rectified and give proper suggestion for immediate rectification.
Ensure up to date copy of approved drawings and specifications are available at site during inspection and review if there is any revision.
Raise Non-conformance Report when a deficiency is found. Recommends corrective and preventive actions. Possible solutions to the problems being encountered at site to the chief engineer and construction manager.
Implement proper documentation of every inspection conducted and ensure that all inspection and testing request are properly filed including attached checklist, approved drawings, test results, etc.
Coordinates with the site engineer on some problems that needs coordination with the consultant for the proper execution of the particular activity.

Issuance, review and follow-up of Non Conformity Reports

Review of ITP and Material Submittals
1. Day to day site supervision and monitoring the site labour force
and sub-contractors.
2. Arrangement of temporary facilities for workers and office
establishments for projects.
3. Preparing a method statement for concrete and its application,
check laying compaction of concrete including curing operation.
4. Material take off and preparation of schedule of materials.
5. Testing of fresh concrete and its mix at the time of pouring and
after pouring and its specification in terms of its specification.
6. Lay out and marking of foundation excavation trench and fix the
control point or grid of the building.
7. Supervision of fabrication and installation of shuttering works for
foundation, columns, beams, slab and swimming pool walls
and floors.
8. Supervise on site fabrication and installation of rebar works in
accordance with approved plans and specification.
9. Supervision and erection of steel works at the site.
10.Continuous monitoring of work plans, productivity and resource
utilization.
11.Prepare detailed work breakdown schedules and its
implications.
12.Ensuring the site safety by applying safety procedures at site.
13.Attend construction coordination meeting.
•Making setting out, leveling, demarcation of plot.
•Ensure that the progress and quality of the work should be as per
contract specifications and general conditions.
•Preparing the daily report.
•Maintaining soft copy of all the letters and correspondence
material.
•Checking the structural and the architectural drawing to maintain
the effectiveness of the work done and improve the productivity.
•Labour and other resource management to reduce the wastage
of time and money.
•Follow up with the activities to avoid any delays and try to
complete the project as early as possible.
•Continuous observation to improve the quality of the Works, to
reduce the cost of project and to smooth the Project execution.
