• Handling overall process of Employment Visa issuances/Cancellations and employee arrival and departure both non free zone and free zone visas.
• Taking care of the complete Payroll process both salary and wages linked to WPS system by Preparing Weekly attendance and overtime reports.
• Explain Human Resource Policies and Procedures to the new joiners.
• Employee’s exit procedures and EOSB calculations as per MOL & MOHRE labor Laws.
• Managing and calculating the leave records (Annual, Sick, Maternity and Compensatory leaves)
• Shortlisting of CV’s matching with the Requirement and forwarding to the concerned dept.
• Conducting Preliminary Interviews for both White & Blue collar Recruitment.
• Liaison with local and international consultants for blue collar Recruitment.
• Employee’s Medical Insurance, Workmen Compensation and related Reimbursements.(Had personal experience in dead body repatriation procedures and reimbursements)
• Prepare documentation required to assist employees to open salary cards / bank accounts & HR letters (Salary Certificates, Address Proof letters, Warning letter)
