-Assist to Planning Manager in the preparation of PQ for Vendors.
-Uploading all project related drawings recd from consultant & MEP contractors and distributed to all concern people for review, inputs & approval.
-Preparation of task list and reviewing it in line with the time line specified in advance.
-Using document numbering system for maintaining the documents.
Duties and Responsibility
1. Providing HR assistance and handling employee and company records giving orientation to view recruits about the office equipment.
2. Prioritizing mail responds to telephone calls and message business correspondence.
3. Preparation of internal & external Memo
4. Handled company-wide vendor drawing reproduction, distributions and transmittals
5. Responsible for setting up document control files for engineers and suppliers
6. Assigned the responsibilities of receiving, logging, tracking, filing and monitoring engineering and supplier drawings
7. Responsible for maintaining drawing information and reports in a database
8. Handled the tasks of responding to internal and external drawing and document as required
9. Assisted in the turnover of documents and drawing at the completion of jobs
10. Coordinate with head office for all employee Admin & HR matters.
11. Handled the tasks of scanning hard copies to create electronic copies
