Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for over 3000 employees through Wage Protection System (WPS)
Review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets, track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductions
Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, human resources, budget and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data
Processing of employees Final Settlements, Leave Pay in advances, Overtime and Salary adjustments
Handle and resolve all queries/issues related to compensation and benefits
Assist with other staff members to ensure implementation of all HR policies and procedures
Assist with other HR operations functions as required by supervisor
Work closely with HR Dept. for employee changes and other updates
