Good presentation of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to management.
Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
Working out the human and material resources needed.
Develop and track improvement in reduction of planned hours.
Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required to achieve the objectives.
Drafting a timescale for the job.
Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.
Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes.
Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices.
Optimize resource utilization by implementation of an effective production organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identifies and addresses problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.
Verify the bills of quantities. Seek quotations from suppliers.
Analyse different quotations and prepares quotation comparison sheets.
Inspection of MIG Welding, Arc Welding & NDT procedures
Supervision of Anti corrosive coating such as Painting.
