Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.

As an office assistant for TASC Labour Services deputed to their end client VFS Global an consular services facilitation company, I take care of the visa applications coming for Germany wherein I am able to gain complete knowledge of documentation requirement and visa procedure.
• Guiding the applicants in German Visa processing.
• Taking the submission of documents from the applicants.
• Checking documents as per the embassy requirements.
• Providing the necessary guidance and advice to the applicants in regards to visa processing queries of applicants.
• Handle all Visa related work
