- Daily management of projects, intake and assessing creative briefs are submitted in a correct and timely manner
- Develop, maintain and communicate the team’s intake/feedback guidelines on a regular basis to other teams.

- Maintains the trafficking folder on server. Regularly updating with files/materials that will be transparent with the production team.
- Maintains the client deliverables list.
- Maintain BBDO and client vaults that contain production elements.
Responsible for Kuwait Branch Office Management and set up as well as Leading and Managing team consisting of Graphic Designers, Art Director, Arabic Translator, Photographer, Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive, Client Coordinators and Sales Team to provide multi-channel support to retainer clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead management of key accounts by conceptualizing, planning and executing traditional and digital marketing strategies consisting of ATL & BTL activities from weekly Flyers/ Brochures to Advertising & Marketing Campaigns helping retainer clients to establish brand harmonization, increased awareness and achieve Client’s sales target and KPIS.
• Complete Brand Management and implementing the CI (Corporate Identity) as per manuals for Dubai, Kuwait & Bahrain
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and actively communicate with stakeholders to understand growth plans and business strategy.
• Authorized Signatory for Kuwait Branch Office for Banks.
• Liaising with third party suppliers such as printers & Distributors as well as clients which consisted of buyers, store managers and regional managers in FMCG, Fresh food, apparel, textiles and electronic departments of major retail chains.
• Supervised design and production of digital and print materials as well as proof reading for the client within the allocated timeline.
• Vendor Management and negotiation with local and international suppliers for competitive quotes, rebates and Key Up Deals.
• Ensure digital design is optimized for branding, Web Development Etc.
• In mall & in stores Event Management (From Brainstorming - creative application to Implementation)
• Train, motivate and empower employees via seminars as well as on one on one basis.
• Conduct Stock, Store and Inventory Audits on Monthly and Yearly basis.
