Roles & Responsibilities
• Working on ERICSSON IN (CS4&CS5) . Having experience of handling complete IN
functioning
• Handling Customer issues of Bharti Airtel PAN INDIA and resolving them in SLA
• Performing geo redundancy pair activity if outage happens in the SDP, VS, CRS
• Performing node restoration from Tape Backup if required in case of emergencies
• Node Owner of CRS, EMA, VS
• Decoding and analyzing CDR's for solving Issues related to Tariff
• Capturing, decoding and analyzing applications' traces and SS7 and IP Trace using tools
