Led planning and controls for a Commercial Mall project slated to be the largest Mall Complex in the Bahrain Country. Supervise the Site Planning Team, obtain timely submittals/approvals of Baselines/Acceleration/Recovery/Extension programmes. Prepare and submit Delay Notifications to the Client, Subcontractors/Nominated Subcontractors, EOT claims, and support the Contract Department in finalising interim delay claims. Support the head office’s planning team in new project programming.
 Evaluate subcontractors’ performance, analyse risks/delays, propose and execute mitigation actions.
 Support site QS/billing/cost control teams, timely communications, verifications, and approvals of the subcontractor’s programme.
 Review/monitor progress and performances, attend weekly client/consultants/contractor/project team, and Management Review meetings.

Budget: US$370M (140M Bahraini Dinar) • Scope: 456712 Sq.m, Total retail area - 250, 000 Sq.m, 5 Star Hotel 158 rooms, 140-branded serviced residences - This biggest Mal of Bahrain consisting of nine Level Parking, Under Water Zoo, Cinemas, Indoor Ice-Skating Rink, Kids Play Area, Food Court, other amenities, landscape and infrastructural developments.
Finishes Works consists of ETFE Cushions, Sky Lights, ACP Façade, EIFS Works, Aluminium Decorative Panels, Aluminium Fins, GFRC Façade, Wall Stone, Tiles, Render & Furniture installation

Budget: US$80M (30M Bahraini Dinar) • Scope: Data Centre and Administration Offices with infrastructure developments.

Budget: US$275M (103M Bahraini Dinar) • Scope: Mixed Development of 1783 No’s Villas, 09 No’s Apartment Building, Car Parking, Secondary & Tertiary Infrastructural works, Foul Sever Network (Shallow/Deep), Storm Water Drainage/Portable Water/Irrigation/Telecom/Electrical HV & LV Networks, Substations, Roads, Hard/Soft Landscaping.
Ministry of Works - Design & Construction of Vehicular & Pedestrian Bridges (6/2015 to 8/2017)
Budget: US$2.75M (10M Bahraini Dinar) • Scope: Vehicular Bridges (2 spans) 108 m/width of 20.4m each; Pedestrian Bridge (1), span 108 m/width 4 m.

Project will include a Mosque, Administration Building, Dormitories, Education Building, Recreation Centre, Driving & Field Training Units, Assembly Ground, Restaurants, Central Kitchens, Arms & Ammunition Storage Units, Vehicle Work Shops, Rappel/Watching Towers, Stadiums, Petrol Station, Playing Grounds/Courts, Swimming Pool, Sewage Treatment Plant, Obstacle Units, Electrical Substations, Water Treatment Plant, Helipad, Boundary Wall, Landscape, Hardscape, Asphalt Roads and Allied Site Developments, as well as high-end HVAC, Fire Fighting, Water & Effluent Treatment, Electrical Systems, BMS Systems, and Security Systems Facilities.
