• Responsible for ensuring adequate coverage of operational activities at all times through scheduling.
• Develop on-going process improvements.
• Supervise department functions to ensure efficient operations and taking Responsibility of achieving team target and Individual target.

• Ensuring all International and domestic shipments are processed accurately and on-time to the customer.
• Conducting cycle counts on daily basis as well as monthly basis more than 600 SKU, and holding 96% accuracy rate in rake location.
• Ensure parts are pulled Delivery’s accurately and in a timely manner and also arranging transport as per requirements.
• Timely reporting on daily and monthly KPI report to the Operation manager for helping inventory control.
• Supervise 15 warehouse employees’ staff and hiring daily manpower as per warehouse requirement also doing recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training of new employee staff.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees following up on work results.
• As per company HHSE policy supervising health & safety interests in tums of warehouse facilities. .
• Prepare shipping documents for export & Free zone internal transfer
• Manage and maintain all inventory invoices and monitor budgets.
• Worked with Oracle ERP and WMS implementation team to integrate from ERP and preparing procedures for the companies’ new system. Also working on OTM (Oracle transport Management) system procedures to improve transportation.
• Create new metrics to track, evaluate, and improve warehouse productivity
• Manage order selection, pick and pack operations and Radio Frequency scanning to consistently meet order deadlines.
• Ensure special project deadlines are met by observing Warehouse Man-agement System priorities.
Coordinate resources and scheduling with other departments to ensure utili-zation of personnel to meet or exceed daily customer order downloads
