Responsibility :

 Attend / arrange Kick-Off / Minutes of Meeting with Client.
 Responsible in initiating, planning, executing and controlling of projects on time and within the budget value.
 Study contract documents, drawings and specification related to the job scope / discipline.
 Assisting QA/QC to prepare necessary QA/QC docs for client submission & approval like ITP, manufacturing procedures, WPS, PQR, NDT procedures, galv/paint procedures, Sub vendor &supplier’s approvals etc.
 Produce and issue Manufacturing Programme, issue to all concern Departments.
 Ensure that all Contract Information / Specifications are issued to the relevant Departments.
 Review planning schedules / provide inputs for proper work schedule.
 Coordinate with Engineering and Procurement Departments for technical evaluation of vendor offers received and advice acceptance based on delivery / completeness of supply.
 Coordinate with Vendor(s) for drawing approvals, deliverables, monitor fabrication progress, etc. & expedite delivery of material.
 Ensure material has been ordered to meet Programme requirements.
 Coordinate with stores to perform material receiving inspection, compilation and release of material receipt documents. Advice on special preservation required, if any.
 Prepare & maintain the commercial & cost reports to control the cash flow according to project budget. Liaising with clients and internal departments, Vendor Development, close out of Projects etc.

Project Management Department.
Responsibility :
1. Initialing the Project :
 Perform project assessment based upon available information and meeting with the
customer, in order to evaluate the feasibility of products or services within the given
assumptions and constraints.
 Develop the project schedule by gathering & analyzing Customer requirements, in order to
document project scope milestones & deliverables.

2. Planning the Project :
 Develop a project schedule based on the project timeline, scope and resource plan, in
order to manage timely completion of the project.
 Develop a communication plan based on the project organization structure and external
requirements, in order to manage the flow of project information.
 Conduct a kick of meeting with related customers, in order to announce the start the
project, communicate the project milestones and share other relevant information.

3. Executing the Project :
 Obtain & manage project resources including outsourced deliverables by following the
procurement plan, in order to ensure successful project execution.
 Maximize team performance through leading, mentoring, training and motivating team
members.
 Implement the approved changes according to customer as well management plan, in
order to meet project requirements.

4. Monitoring, Review & Controlling the Project Contracts :
 Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, in order to identify
and quantify any variances, perform approved corrective actions and communicate with
related customer.
 Monitoring the Daily Progress in the workshop, Conducting Productivity analysis of day-to-
day activities and preparing catch-up plans to control slippage and to meet target
completion dates. Preparing recovery programs in order to mitigate momentary delays.
 Preparing Material Procurement Schedule/Program and organizing the delivery of
materials on site accordingly.
 Review and analyze main and sub-contract conditions. Develop and maintain the
project Contracts plan in conjunction with the Contracts Manager.
 Evaluating Sub-contractor’s progress and Productivity of Performance.
 Preparing Daily, Weekly and monthly reports for tracking, monitoring and reporting
the overall progress of the project to the Consultants and the Client. Submit Monthly
Progress Reports to Top Management.

5. Closing the Project :
 Obtain final acceptance of the project deliverables by working with the customer, in order
to confirm that project scope deliverables were met.
 Distribute the final project report including all project closure related information, project
variances and any issues, in order to provide the final project status to all customers.
