1. Initialing the Project :
 Perform project assessment based upon available information and meeting with the

 Implement the approved changes according to customer as well management plan, in

4. Monitoring, Review & Controlling the Project Contracts :
 Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, in order to identify
and quantify any variances, perform approved corrective actions and communicate with
related customer.
 Monitoring the Daily Progress in the workshop, Conducting Productivity analysis of day-to-
day activities and preparing catch-up plans to control slippage and to meet target
completion dates. Preparing recovery programs in order to mitigate momentary delays.
 Preparing Material Procurement Schedule/Program and organizing the delivery of
materials on site accordingly.
 Review and analyze main and sub-contract conditions. Develop and maintain the
project Contracts plan in conjunction with the Contracts Manager.
 Evaluating Sub-contractor’s progress and Productivity of Performance.
 Preparing Daily, Weekly and monthly reports for tracking, monitoring and reporting
the overall progress of the project to the Consultants and the Client. Submit Monthly
Progress Reports to Top Management.

5. Closing the Project :
 Obtain final acceptance of the project deliverables by working with the customer, in order
to confirm that project scope deliverables were met.
 Distribute the final project report including all project closure related information, project
variances and any issues, in order to provide the final project status to all customers.
