1. Manage daily activities and arrange meeting every week with Marketing
Executives and marketing communications agencies to analyze and implement new
marketing planning.
2. Managed entire product marketing cycle - Planning and applying the use of various sales
strategies.
3. Managed the yearly budget planning of the marketing department.
4. Arranging Exhibitions and events for our clients based on their request.
5. Initiated and coordinated advertising campaigns and promotional activities
6. Developing a marketing team to implement strategy & delivering on objectives.
7. Design, implement & facilitate an effective local & national marketing strategy.
8. Identifying key marketing opportunities.
9. Coordinate with marketing executives and implement new design for marketing and also
meet client.
10. To Conduct Market research to identify business opportunities, preparation of
comprehensive reports, follow up on mobility products enquires.

2. Manage daily activities and arrange meeting every week with Marketing
Executives and marketing communications agencies to analyze and implement new

3. Design, implement & facilitate an effective local & national marketing strategy.
4. Estimate to prepare quotation/tenders to the client requirements.
5. Arranging Exhibitions and events for our clients based on their request.
6. Identifying key marketing opportunities.
7. Follow up with Marketing Staff and client for projects.
8. Support and coordinate Human Resource functional areas, encompassing various
programs relating to compensation, benefits, resourcing, organizational effectiveness
and/or employee development
9. Manage certain project phases and advise clients in identifying potential areas of risk and
exposure in their current Marketing policies.
10. Planning & arrange the Production schedule to meet delivery on time.
11. Ensure in use quality materials to maintain quality product outcome.
12. Prepare minuets for reporting to Managing Director for review of Organization status and
recommend for necessary updations required.

1. Manage daily office activities and arrange meeting office staff and update all
necessary requirements in office.
2. Follow up with Marketing Staff and client for projects.
3. Spare parts direct sale to Existing clients (after Sales service)
4. Make Power point presentation for marketing meetings.
5. Support and coordinate Human Resource functional areas, and arranging staff
transportation and accommodation.
6. Training to staff for new HSE safety features and Safety procedures.
7. Update safety system and apply safety materials in staff.
8. Visit site for check HSE system and make report for updation if required.
9. Prepare minuets for reporting to Managing Director for review of Organization status and
recommend for necessary updations required.
10. Arranging meeting with National and International client with Marketing Director.
11. Preparing Exporting and Importing documentation and ISO documents updations.
