As a part of Senior management project team for the implementation of 4 billion USD 9 MMTPA gross root refinery project at Bhatinda Punjab India And mainly Responsible for execution of ISBL process units like Delayed cooker, Sulpher recovery unit, ATF Merox, LPG Treater and OSBL Tankages of. Till commissioning & handover to operations team. Details of the job responsibilities
• Total Project management with interaction with licensor, PMC Engineering consultants and contractors.
• Monitoring HSE & QA/QC requirements.
• Total construction management with day to day follow up with sub contactors.
• Pre commissioning activities. Attending punch lists from external .licensor and statutory agencies.
• Post commissioning assistance for the stabilization of the unit.
• Project close out activities including final bills of sub contactors, statutory requirements etc.
• Team member for obtaining various approvals for Govt and statutory bodies.
Worked in Delayed Cooker Project on EPC basis for Ph III expansion project of Mangalore Refinery and Chemicals Limited Mangalore.
Responsible for the site activities including mobilization, Quality and stores management site management., site procurement, Management of client, Consultant and sub-contractors at site.
Liaison with local authorities, stakeholders and statutory bodies.
4 M/S Punj Lloyd limited Qatar
- Worked in 100 million USD Multi product pipe line project on EPC basis in Qatar Petroleum.
The project scope involves engineering procurement, construction and commissioning of 40 KM pipe line carrying multiple refinery product with depot at Doha city. Work involves construction of pumping station with emergency loading unit inside refinery along with associated pipelines and loading unit in the Doha depot.
Responsible for all construction activities including civil, Mech and E & I scope of work.
Carried out offsite piping activities in the running refinery unit involving 119 no tie in connection with existing pipelines.
Laying of around 180KM electrical cables in the running refinery.
As a project manager responsible for the execution of the project coordinating Engineering, Procurment, Construction and commissioning works.
As a Site Manager for Mechanical vapour compression and Water Treatment project of Occidental Petroleum at Mukahizna Oil filed in Oman on EPC basis. Project value USD 134 million
