 Executing accounting for all areas such as booking invoices, expense, salaries, banks, and fixed assets accounts receivable/payable, account reconciliation Debtor Ageing, Creditor Ageing, Credit terms, Cash Position, Customer Profitability, coordinating with external Auditor.
 Country research to identify Business opportunities
 Create frequent reviews and reports with figures and financial data.
 Identify product for company's product range extension.
 Research on market existing player business detail, brand comparison, potential & market share.
 Identify vendor and buyer and negotiation

Credit rating of large corporate from diversified industry/ sector including:
 Discussion with management of companies to understand strategy and business model.
 Follow-up & coordination with the clients for providing required information to carry out the rating assignments.
 Due diligence for utilisation of the working capital, term loan, LC, BG limit availed by the client.
 Analysing past performance of companies by benchmarking against peers’ performance and analysing the industry and projecting future performance of the companies.
 Financial Statement Analysing/Business Analysing/and overall performance of the company including its profitability, solvency, liquidity ratio.
 Accurately following the changes in external environment affecting the respective industries and periodically analysing the impact of the same on the performance of the companies.
 Timely Preparation of Rating notes & sending it to QCT in consultation with the group head.
 Representing the case and making credit rating recommendations to rating committee
 Conducting detailed analysis on policies governing industry.
 Special Assignment allotted during the period
 Preparation of rating report for state power distributing companies which are under the surveillance of Power Finance Corporation Ltd on yearly and quarterly basis.
 Preparation of quarterly report for state discom companies under the UDAY scheme.
 Management discussion with client regarding the assignment on independent basis.

 Preparing project reports and projected financials (CMA) for Business loan including Term loan, working capital loan, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Credit exposure Limit of Greenfield/expansion projects in manufacturing sector, trading sector and also in real estate sector for LME, MSME, SME enterprises.
 Evaluating the need for the financing and arranging the credit facilities in terms of TR, LC, Cheque discounting (LCD), Invoice discounting (factoring) from various banks and non - banking financial institutions.
 Coordinating with Banks and Financial Institutions for Export receivables and Foreign Currency loan.
 Cash flow/Fund flow/Ratio analysis/MIS/ Quarterly Stock statement to be submitted to bank
 Budgeting/Forecasting their future business plan and prepare report on them
 Coordinating with Banks and Financial Institutions for review/renewal of existing limits.
 Co-ordinating with bankers handling queries raised by them regarding financial and operational prescriptive.
 Executing monthly compliance on behalf of client including monthly submission of stock statement, monthly/quarterly information system (MIS/QIS) for current sanctioned loans.
 Liasoning with various rating agencies for rating of the corporates.
 Liasoning with various advocates for valuation and title clearance of mortgage property.
 Dealing with new and prospective banks for building relationship
 Entire loan sanctioned operation activities

 Preparation of One Time Settlement (OTS) Proposal
 Preparation of Restructuring Scheme for Repayment of Dues
 Prepared full Report of Scheme under section 391 of companies Act1956, Compromise and arrangement scheme.
