Handling existing client renewal and new all line of General insurance requests.
✓ Review the scope of work and prepare the underwriting slip with the terms & Conditions and deductibles before approaching the insurance company.
✓ Approaching the insurance companies for the new/ existing business to obtain the quotes and finalize the renewals / new business.
✓ Handling K- Projects and private projects General insurances
✓ Negotiating with the insurance companies for the rate and new terms & conditions to include on the quote to provide/ serve the client's proper coverage.
✓ Maintaining confidentiality with all the documents and client details.
✓ Analyzing the General Insurance quotes, presting the comparison to the client which explains the detailed difference below the terms with one & other insurance companies.
✓ Auditing the quotes, policy documents, and premium calculations to ensure all are correct before delivering the policy documents to the client.
✓ Handling pre-risk survey.
✓ Handling all kinds of insurance claims.
✓ Maintaining the proper record of all the documents.
✓ Follow up for the premium with the client
 Commercial claims handling - Life and non - life.
 Ensure consistent data entry in the system for claims handled by self & team
 Prepare monthly analytical reports
 Prompt notification of the claim to the underwriters on receipt of intimation from the Client
 coordinating with the client for the collection of documents/information requested by the surveyors/average adjusters (if appointed by the client)/underwriters/P&I Club or their correspondents
 Following up with the surveyors/average adjusters for prompt completion of the Final Survey Report/ Statement of Claim
