•Lead the Batam Operations, Base & Workshop with Zero TRIR & LTI.
•Lead team of total 200 personnel in Batam, including 120 Expat Offshore Technicians in generating $27.5MM in revenue for 2012.

•Develop, direct, and manage operations, planning processes and execution of multiple projects in a cost effective manner and insure that deadlines and deliveries are met.
•P&L oversight for monthly and quarterly managerial reporting, project financial estimates, forecasts, operations financial performance, and operational goals.
•Work directly with Project Managers/Coordinators, Proposals and Engineering Leads to identify and resolve specific inputs that may affect projects schedule, customer relationship and cost to ensure successful attainment of all project metrics.
•Monitor and analyse trends in project spending and inventory control in order to make recommendations for the future and identify areas for possible savings
•Manage the different aspects of the supply chain for project mobilizations and demobilization's including identifying and qualifying potential new vendors for more cost effective products and services.
•Acted as the primary communication contact (internal & external) if Tender, or Project Management team is not able to resolve the issues at their dedicated level
•Approved all Variation orders for assigned project scope.
•Executed improvement processes for long-term operational excellence.
•Liaison with Corporate legal counsel on relevant matters
•Oversee Recruitment's, Performance Appraisals, Training & Development and career guidance.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Successfully managed several Onshore/Offshore pipelay projects in the SEA Region for prestigious clients like Clough (Australia), Mc Dermott (Singapore & Dubai), Dragon Oil (Dubai), Nippon & Technip (Singapore), Sapura Acergy & TLO (Malaysia), Swiber (Indonesia) by using specialized OJS field joint coating applications like HDPF, SPU, FBE, Blast & Heat.
Established a personnel and equipment scheduling program, with input for proposals, for long term planning, asset allocation and capital expenditure.
Developed a project revenue rolling forecast system which was adopted globally within OJS.
Met revenue goals for 2012 with an increased Operating Profit margin.
Developed and implemented a plan to meet a 25% revenue increase for 2013 from 2012, with increased staffing, equipment and training.
Instituted best business practice solutions in execution of 90% of OJS global projects from Batam including PQT’s, Equipment refurbishments, Personnel allocations, Client demos and effective centralized inventory management system.
Spearheaded and resolved long outstanding legal environmental issues with local government bodies and managed to dispose expired hazardous chemical from Batam warehouse.
Profit margins continuously protected by instituting best negotiation practices with freight forwarders and vendors implementing Forum’s FCPA rules.
Implemented a systematic approach to keep the PM’s disciplined to run all projects more efficiently, plan & execute projects in a most cost effective manner using SQDV principles (Safety, Quality, Delivery & Value).
Developed and implemented project pack out (MTO) process explaining on how everything works and fits together.
Organized an equipment board showing the physical locations of all major OJS equipment globally, Green tag procedure for all equipment and sourcing key spare parts from local suppliers thereby minimizing unnecessary airfreight costs from Houston.
Implemented daily safety tool box meetings (every morning before commencing work) to discuss day-to-day workshop safety and Hazardous observation cards. (STOP cards)
