Arranging food, accommodation and transportation for vendor.
Coordinate with ISD for ID, safety orientation and vehicle driving license.
Coordinating & assisting turnaround preparations.
Arranging air tickets for business trips.
Maintaining all documents in a systematic and organized manner.
Performs all clerical and administrative tasks of the section as typing, documents distribution, filing, answering telephone calls and receiving messages
Creating requests through Shared Services Request System.
Preparation of Monthly Reports & Annual report
Assisting, scheduling and attending department meetings
Preparing minutes of meeting
To fax, photocopy, print, scan and email as required
Updating inbound and outbound telephone calls
Coordinating mail purposes through service providers (DHL, UPS, Aramex etc.)
Coordination with other departments for several business requirements.
Updating department annual vacation plan
Coordinating new employee reception process.
Maintaining stationery items and distributing on demand
Preparing visitors form & incoming-outgoing material forms.
Coordination with other staff for various matters.
