Understanding the employee’s willingness and constraints for effectively deploying them in good projects.
To generate weekly reports for the recruitment meetings and to ensure that the relevant data are captured to give a clear picture of where we stand in terms of the goals set.
Follow up with the offered candidates and keep track on their joining dates.

Handling recruitments on wide range of skill-sets and the positions i.e., junior, middle and senior management levels. In-depth assessment/analysis of client’s requirement.
Conducting walk-in interviews on weekly basis on different location and daily basis in Madurai.
Self involvement in preliminary telephonic and personal interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations (positions, salary, relocation aspects Etc.)
Follow up with the offered candidates and keep track on their joining dates.
Performing end to end recruitment for different BU’s (HR Shared Services & Global Financial Services etc) experience in leadership, IT & support hiring.
Successfully hired niche skills like Installation packages, SAP, Delivery Manager, Architect etc through networking and employee referrals.
Inducted new vendors & evaluated them on a regular basis
Screening and short listing of profiles.
Conducting initial round of interview.
Scheduling interviews of the candidates with internal panel and counterparts across.
Preparing Transfer letters, Designation change letters and Promotion letters.
Weekly review with BUL’s and Hiring Manager.
Coordinating with the in house technical panel for feedbacks and providing it to the candidates and the consultancy.
