Work Profile: - Responsible for the smooth running of all aspects of vehicle repairs. Oversee all specialist areas and ensure that repairs are being carried out as effectively and promptly as possible. Responsible for productivity, safety, writing estimates, and working with insurance adjusters.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer. Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.
