• Work to be scheduled - examining jobs that are given from Department of Correction.

• Monitoring devices assigned to prisoners and their disruptive behaviour while FO onsite, request appropriate emergency responses to violent disturbances and emergent medical incidents.
• Ensuring adherence to all communication procedures, guidelines, policies, and best practices.

• Main point of contact for guests regarding directions, services, complaints and general enquiries, effectively building relationships and customer loyalty through excellent customer service skills.
• Monitored and continually evaluated site to identify and escalate identified security incidents, potential hazards, risks through inspections, patrols and assessment of internal controls/policies.
