Develop and Maintain close relationships and contact with dealer base.
Ensure that order entry, invoice, dispatch specifications are entered and processed in an accurate and timely fashion.
Ability to retrieve information to answer customer questions.
Answer questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information about the product.
Research Mater's Degree in Intelligent Information system.
