* Data processing and management:
*Develop, maintain and manage databases as required across all relevant programs and supporting all relevant departments.
*Communicate with project/program managers regularly so as to achieve a high level of coordination and understanding.
*Ensure that all data is entered in a consistent, accurate and efficient manner.
*Contribute to the development of scoring systems and beneficiary selection
*Draft documentation upon request such as lists of participants.
*Provide AMEU and/or Program Development units with data outputs upon request
*Draft necessary reports upon request from program managers, the Program Development unit, Coordination.
*Allocate tasks for the data entry team via an activity plan.
*Ensure that the quality of work of the data entry team is to a high standard and appraise data entry team members.
*Project Support:
*Support with data entry, data analysis and reporting as required.
*Support with surveying beneficiaries and others as required.
* Assist with training social mobilizers on how to use new questionnaires Participate in the planning and organizing of assessment related activities.
* Support ACTED staff in the execution of all necessary project activities, including administrative and logistical support.
*Attend and participate in program meetings as required.
* Ensure that documents are filed, both electronically and in paper form, in a way that ensures they are safe and easily accessible.
