Senior Document Controller at Hassan Allam Construction

All procedure documents for projects (IN HAC Server)
 Review all procedure documents such layout drawings and Design drawings.
 Preparing cost break down sheets.
 Preparing comparison sheets with senior estimators.
 Preparing BOQ’s with senior estimators.
 Help estimators in analysis sub contractors offers in all electro mechanical works.
 Preparing forms and estimation Files with Estimators’ Engineers.
 Responsible for all offer documentations (Technical & Commercial)
 Responsible for all tender projects.
 Responsible for all submitted projects.
 Responsible for all under discussion projects.
 Responsible for all awarded projects.
 Responsible for all documentations in electro mechanical department in
(Industrial Projects & MEP Projects) such as:-
(Specifications - BOQ’s - Estimation Files - transmittals - MOS - Letters sending and answer
with consultant and Owners - Mails).
