Duties
• Manage the system & generate Access point vouchers (SOPHOS).
• Manage NAC system.
• Installing, troubleshooting Network Point.
• Supports computer systems and their peripherals (Printers, Scanners, Copiers, etc.), troubleshoot.
• Provide technical support to the employees.
• Installing, Managing, Basic configuration &troubleshooting of Servers & Networks & Switches.
• Installing, Configuring &troubleshooting Windows.
Duties
• Manage the system and give permissions and screens to users in the companys administration and branches.
• Creates new users ID and/or email.
• Connecting the surveillance cameras with the branches to the main center.
• Supports computer systems and their peripherals (Printers, Scanners, Copiers, etc.), troubleshoot.
• Installing and maintaining surveillance cameras in the branches and linking them to the main office.
• Provide technical support to the employees in the main office and the branches.
• Windows Server Backup, Fileserver, Print.
• Installing, Managing &troubleshooting of Servers & Networks & Switches.
• Installing, Configuring &troubleshooting Windows.
