• In beginning, I learned briefly about SAP BI Service “Crystal and Lumira”. After that I start working on Webi, then I moved to SAC tool (cloud version).

The client I’m working in is the biggest mobile apps store in the world, I am working in the operation field as quality assurance application life-cycle. The team holding many languages speakers, so our team got multicultural agents from all around the world.
In the beginning I was reviewing, testing, and reporting apps, then I was doing day to day tasks/request issued by our client’s stakeholders who are based in different countries such as US, Philippines, India, and Portuguese.
