My name is ABDULREHMAN AKRAM, Pakistan Punjab City Sargodha. working in the Pharmaceutical solutions industry company based in Jeddah, my responsibilities are to Handle, Monitor, Troubleshoot, install, commissioning, Optimizing and Continue BMS activities operation without any trouble, and Manage the BMS system, and I also role to perdorm documentation work to complete all and Ofis-related work.i am very good in HVAC, Electrical controls, Electrical work, MEP work.
Routinely check for the correct operation of all equipment in locations that include BMS control systems. Execute routine preventive maintenance on BMS equipment.
Breakdown Manages: Manage the breakdown and maintenance of BMS.
Installation: Installed BMS components, including controllers,
sensors, field devices, and software, according to project
specifications and guidelines. BMS includes all device installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
Installation of equipment into new and existing HVAC systems, use of
building automation systems, building management systems (BMS),
and energy management (EMS).
Siemens:
Have experience with Siemens Desigo Insight version 6.0.
Familiarity with programming protocol languages, e.g., Desigo CC,
Siemens Building Management (BACnet, Modbus), .

BMS devices & instruments: Have Knowledge and experience of
different sensors and devices, instruments like Temperature, Humidity
Sensors, DP Switches/ Sensors, Transmitters, Static/ absolute
pressure Sensors, Velocity Sensors, Immersion Temperature Sensors,
CO2 Sensors, Differential Pressure Transmitter, Room Pressure
Sensors, Damper Actuators, Modulating and Isolation Type Actuators,
Duct Heaters, Humidifier and DE-Humidifier Systems work for Building
Management Systems (BMS) with HVAC.
Software issue solve: Setting the software parameters and
fault-finding basic software programs.
Supervising and guiding a team responsible for BMS maintenance and repair.
I have a DAE( Diploma of Associate Engineer) in Electronics and Electrical Technology, (03 years Diploma), from Hira College of Engineering Sargodha Punjab Pakistan. and I have another 02 years Diploma in HVAC Technology from Islamabad. I am a university dropout in Electrical Technology due to Financial issues. I am a learner fast picker and have good knowledge of the HVAC and BMS fields. work Experience is almost 7 years and 8 months in the field of BMS and HVAC. I can handle and manage all BMS systems perfectly and very correctively.
