Job Description
• Managing and overseeing all the architectural and finishing construction site works.
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Study, review and validate shop drawing in order to avoid discrepancies.
• Finalize and manage the finishing works between Arch and MEP within projects to ensure that construction is delivered to the client with the required quality standards and within agreed time scales.
• Plan and manage defined phasing zones from the project initiation until handing over the projects to set the time and work expectations.
• Review and maintain the construction finishing schedule and ensure that all contractors and suppliers meet project milestones on time and on budget.
• Carry out day-to-day site operations and monitor the construction of works, and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan, deadlines, and relevant Safety Regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
A-Act as Client Representative on-site:
1-Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
2-Provide regular progress updates to clients and address any concerns promptly.
3-Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with clients.
B-Oversee and supervise construction activities:
1-Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and approved methods.
2-Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials.
3-Coordinate the work of subcontractors and ensure their compliance with project requirements.
4-Adhere to all safety regulations and enforce safe working practices on-site.
C-Manage site logistics and resources:
1-Plan and schedule daily and weekly work activities.
2-Manage the allocation and use of materials, equipment, and labor.
3-Track project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
4-Take corrective actions to maintain project timelines and budgets.
D-Quality control and assurance:
1-Conduct regular inspections of work in progress to ensure adherence to quality standards.
2-Identify and rectify any defects or non-conformance.
4-Maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
E-Documentation and reporting:
1-Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, and other necessary documentation.
2-Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records.
F-Communication and coordination:
1-Liaise with other project team members, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
2-Attend project meetings and provide input as required.
3-Resolve any technical issues or disputes that arise on-site.
