ARK Educational Society School from June 2017 as Director of the school project, leading the vision and mission of the school. The school trust had initially planned it as a project of starting 10 schools in Navi Mumbai and Raigad with base school at Kharghar, New Mumbai. The team structure under me consisted of a Principal as academic head, an HOD for Moral education and an OS for administration and around 20 teaching and non teaching staffs. The initial admission target given by management was 35 to 50 students but fortunately due to good planning and team effort we enrolled nearly 150 in the first academic year itself.

The 144 years old esteemed Anjuman-i-Islam Trust having more than 100 institutions in Mumbai and Maharashtra. I got the honour to work in its Abdul Razzaq Kalsekar Polytechnic (ARKP) as an HOD (Head of Department) of Humanity and Life Skills Department a special Project directly initiated and guided by the Head of the Institution. The team involved a core group of 5 dedicated lecturers and another fifteen supportive lecturers and staff. The work involved taking demo lectures related to Development of Life Skills covering management techniques, communication skills and personality development of the students as well as staff. I was directly responsible for training of teaching and non teaching staff along with all engineering students of the college. The work also involved special event management. I was also in the management works assisting the principal of college in various other works like conducting interviews of staff, training, management meetings, academic planning, event management, etc. The project was more focused on the moral and humanitarian aspect of the Institution whereby scholarships, financial aids, student counseling, correction measures and girl student empowerment, etc. were involved.

Father Abraham English School as a Principal handling academics, promotional, administrative and education department related works, as well as teaching subjects and handling overall activities of the school from June 1995 to October 2011. The school got Maharashtra State Education department recognition and SSC index recognition under my effort. The school is currently a junior college. Main duty was to handle marketing, public relation, staff management, quality control and bring about innovation in teaching techniques. Since it was a new venture had to carry out all work right from scratch. I was responsible for overall management of the school. I was also responsible for Academic leadership through internal organization, management, control, development and effectively managing the Academic Excellence of the School and success of the school. I was responsible for systems and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of academic and co-curricular activities of the School.
