I have been managing operations in Halil For Trading, which supplies food, beverage and textiles to more than 30 markets.
- the supply of the products from Turkey (air / sea) to ensure the organization according to Qatar arrival date.
-To give relevant information to friends working in sales department. Reminder of products to be sold prior to expiration (based on expiry dates)
- Warehouse tracking (GWC).
- Collect local procurement requests, organize the supply of necessary materials to the relevant markets, prepare the invoice and follow up until it is ready for the final shipment.
- Informing the employees about the organization of the actions to be taken in the meetings (Daily, weekly, monthly)
I was responsible for the fasteners of the LF12 (12 mt Low Floor) buses in series production (Bolts, Nuts, Clamps, Records, Plastic Connections etc.)
On the other hand,
R & D's serial production has not yet begun in the project stage of our buses
(Electric Bus, Metrobus (25mt) LF9 (Low Floor9mt) and Double Decker Bus)
I was responsible for all the project-project acquisition. Briefly, I undertook the responsibility of materials and logistics needed by R & D simultaneously. It provided the bridge between Purchasing-Receiving and R & D, and it was my duty to deliver the required norms in the shortest time.
Following the submission of requirements and purchase requests to the approval of the system (infinity),
Providing the right price, desired quality and product supply at the right time,
The receipt of the incoming product documents (full shipment of the dispatch or delivery invoices)
Conducting new product researches (Presentation with comparison tables) (Cost-quality comparison)
To maintain relations with existing suppliers and to investigate new producers,
I was actively involved in assigning code to new products through the system and creating an order form for the company.
