• Configuring and learning the Corporater software (current and new versions).
• Developing an appropriate software requirement that suits the organization's objectives, initiatives, scope, risk, and resources with implementing Corporater delivery practices.
• Supporting customers with their configurations and securing all deliverables according to approved timeframes.
• Applying Formal Arabic Translation to the organization's software and key reports.
• Working with the project managers/lead consultants to estimate, formulate plans, and track those plans.
• Supporting sales staff and partner management staff in the go-to-market activities.
• Working with product staff to develop new product context demos and stock configurations.
• Solve and manage complex technical issues associated with ongoing projects or support.
• Educate and give hands-on training courses and meetings to customers and partners to help them utilize the software to its best capability.
• Conduct a pre-test of the software and review it with senior consultants and within the company standards.
• Managing the implementation process, monitoring user feedback, usage data, and measuring against KPIs, along with working on projects with Middle East private and governmental organizations.
