Providing holistic financial planning to expatriates.
Prospecting and bringing on new clients. Advising potential and existing clients on the different investment and insurance solutions. This includes matching clients’ needs and objectives and taking in consideration affordability and suitability of these solutions.
Provide and/or coordinate appropriate representation at client meetings, due diligence visits, portfolio reviews, etc.
Consistently reviewing client’s portfolio and cross-selling solutions to match their changing needs and objectives.
Contribute to client satisfaction and retention via best-in-class client service capability and activity.
Main achievements:
Built a portfolio of 100+ clients over the past 2.5 years and always exceeding targets. Sale target has
consistently increase year on year.
Zero customer complaints and lots of positive client’s reviews when it comes to clarity and quality of
advice.
Persuasive and articulate in presenting complex ideas, simply.
Knowledgeable in business onboarding and client due diligence (KYC/AML) requirements in the Middle
East.
